Invoice Selection
This web page provides a list of invoices and their current status. Selecting
the specific invoice will link to that invoice's main web page.
Main Invoice
A consultant invoice number, invoice dates and reminder information in the form
of a memo field may be entered on this page.
Pay Summary
This web page is a "reflection" of contract data entered by the Contractual
Services staff. The projects and tasks entered for the contract are displayed
on this Pay Summary page based on the invoice period in comparison to the "restricting"
dates entered for the projects and tasks.
Invoice Detail
This page is based on Pay Type. An example would be "actual expenses".
Invoice detail amounts are automatically calculated by the system.
Minimal data entry is required by the consultant on all invoice web pages.
